Lakewood 10 HOA

Lakewood 10 HOA consists of the Homeowners in Boise's Lakewood 10A and 10B subdivisions (see map below). Lakewood was one of the first Boise neighborhoods to adopt formal covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&Rs). From the beginning, the CC&Rs’ sole purpose has been to protect and enhance both quality of life and property values for all Lakewood homeowners. This site is maintained by the HOA board with the intent to provide easy access to the Lakewood 10 A&B CC&Rs, bylaws, Architectural Review & Approval Request Form, Board resolutions, and other pertinent information for Lakewood homeowners.
